Vintage 1981 Tyco Dirt Bike Racing HO Slot Race Set Complete With Dirt Bikes
Tyco Dirt Bike Racing Slot Track Set. This set is in excellent working condition with both original bikes, all flags, all guardrails, and all paperwork.
Track was tested and the bikes do go around the track, but struggle at some points. These bikes were notorious for having trouble with the thin spring bringing enough electricity from the shoe to the motor. I added in a little of copper wire inside the springs to to help draw more power, and the bikes work better.... However the tires could use replacement.
The bikes may need new shoes soon, and the track may need some light cleaning, but both bike motors on the bikes run strong. I encourage you to review the pictures for yourself and ask questions if you have any.
All items come from a smoke free home and will be packed well, with bubble wrap in a box.
