Mattel acquired the rights from TYCO in the late 1990's. This set is in near perfect never opened condition except for a small area that is chaffed on the lower left corner of the box lid. Overall, A Very Nice a nice MATTEL HOT WHEELS ELECTRIC SLOT CAR collectible. Don't let it get away!
