GI Joe ELECTRIC TRUCKING HO Scale Highway System. This comes a shown with what you see in the pictures. Only three pieces are missing. It's missing the 2 3/4 in. Piers shown in the last picture and the single lane track piece that goes into Cobra Headquarters. It's complete otherwise with the box and cardboard insert. It also has the catalogs which look untouched. I just tested it and it still works well.
The trucks both go forward and reverse. Some of the stickers have fallen off as shown in the second to last picture but they are included and could be glued on. Sorry for the dark pictures as this was too large to place on my picture taking station so I had to put it on the floor. Note: This is coming from a smoke free environment. This has only one broken piece (the tab for the helicopter propeller).
Even the cardboard does not look like it was fully assembled or handled much as the tabs aren't very creased and none are torn off. The box has a little surface wear on the front and a surface tare on the inner edge of the inside. At first, I thought the corners were torn but they're not and are just the way it was designed. Aside from the broken tab on the helicopter, in my opinion this set is still in excellent condition. The box is still in good solid shape as well with only a little surface wear and very little creasing.

I strive to be as accurate as possible but I have found you can't please everyone and some people are just plain unreasonable. This means all paper work, packaging and stickers are considered something separate since they are neither a weapon or accessory. Also, if multiple figures/items were packaged together, I only consider the parts that go to the specific item when judging completeness. For example any GI Joe vehicle and figure are considered two different items even though they were packaged together.Also, if an item came with a BAF (Build A Figure) part it also would not be considered part of that figure since it is used to build a separate figure. All of the major websites and identification books break down the toys this way and so do I. It is never my intent to "rip" anyone off. But if you don't make me aware of the problem I can't fix it.
