1966 MONOGRAM Lemans Road Race Slot Car & Track Set Ford GT Ferrar Original Box
Vintage 1966 Monogram "Le Mans" 1/32 scale slot car race set with original box. Set includes both original race cars (Ford GT and Ferrari) plus addition unknown car, track sections, controllers, power pack/transformer, accessories, and inserts as shown. Most of the grandstand rail uprights is broken but could easily be glued. Red car (Ferrari) has been tested and responds but does tires spin too fast move forward.
White car (Ford GT) is was not tested, seems to have over heated and melted the plastic so didnt want to chance it. The additional white car was not tested, needs new tire and wire bristles may be too short on one side for solid connection. Cars show normal wear from age/use.
Box shows age-related wear, tears, and storage wear. Some Track peices have missing clips as seen in photos but still connect and line up as it should. Please reference pictures noting damage.
Based on inventory list on side of the box, I have all parts besides missing some of the columns to support the Track if you decided to set it up that way. This has been in storage for a long time and could use a good cleaning. This set was stored untouched for decades.
