This is a massive layout, sits on a 8ft x 6'2 ft, All that is shown less the green felt, and the yellow car are not included. Many sizes of curve's. We spent over 300.00 on inside and outside boarders as shown. Flags all over the track as shown. 2ea pole girls 1 and 2.

Many figures, animals, lighted light house and all building's shown in pictures included. Over 350 clips and fasteners. All track lifts and supports, all custom made. Uses batteries to operate, not included.

Instructions and catalog, for the track and cars will work well, but for this layout, it does not have a diagram to build the set. It is a challenge to say the least. If this is your first set, just take your time, use the pictures and piece it all together. For fact you can build the layout as you wish, or add to yours at home.
